About Tara:

Tara has worn many hats over the years and built several businesses. She is third generation entrepreneur in the retail wine industry for over 30 years; founder of a successful holistic health center; owner of an interior design business and a personal chef business. She realized that they shared a common thread that wove together a blueprint for living an exceptional life and is currently coach/consultant for those looking to improve themselves, their lives, or their business. She is the author of an upcoming smart food and smart wine cookbook.

In the retail wine business she was owner/operator, wine buyer, marketing manager and consultant. Over the years she developed a game changing, full proof system that when implemented, would guarantee twenty to forty percent increase in gross sales within one year. She now teaches that system to small to medium sized stores and those new to the business.

For 10 years, Tara has been what she calls a “Fuhrman Foodie”, a patient of and devoted student and teacher of Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s “Nutritarian” style of eating. His basic premise is, consume as many high nutrient rich foods as possible – dark leafy greens, onions, mushrooms, beans, whole grains, nuts, seeds and friut. He says that given proper nutrition our bodies are amazing self healing machines. Tara knows that first hand. Prior to meeting Dr. Fuhrman, she went from doctor to doctor, was prescribed lots of meds to heal her “symptoms” rather than addressing the root cause of her condition. She continued to get worse and worse. She ended up in Dr. Fuhrmans office as an emergency. A few months after changing her diet she had completely healed, lost a significant amount of weight and had never felt better. Tara’s personal chef business served Dr. Fuhrman and his family as well as his patients.
